Hi, I’m Dani Masi and I’m a qualified Executive Leadership Coach. With over a decade experience in senior leadership, board experience and coaching qualifications, I provide a unique perspective in to what it really takes to build high performing teams and individuals. I also know what it feels like to burn out, and am now convinced not only through my own lived experience but also the evidence that backs it up, that your wellbeing is not your weakness - it’s your superpower.
My coaching practice focuses on Sustainable Leadership Foundations, partnering with clients to strengthen the four roots that make us strong, sustainable and effective leaders; Emotional Intelligence, Goal Clarity, Wellbeing & Resilience, and Strategic Productivity. It’s through this that we can generate Real Results, Genuine Growth, Thriving Teams, and a Lasting Legacy.
