I started The Growth Coach because I believe success should not come at the cost of your energy, your health or your life outside work.

My coaching is grounded in positive psychology, and sits at the intersection of performance, wellbeing and evidence-informed practice. I support leaders and professionals to grow in ways that are grounded in who they are.

“Grow your own way” is not just a tagline. It reflects a simple belief: there is no single path to success. Coaching should be tailored to your goals, your context and your stage of leadership.

My Story

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading both small teams and large, complex groups across different industries and organisations.

What I’ve seen time and again is this: the most capable leaders often carry the heaviest load. They care deeply about results. They care about their people. And they rarely slow down long enough to protect their own capacity. I’ve experienced that tension myself.

Through my career, I learned that sustainable performance does not come from working harder. It comes from clarity, structure and resilience. When leaders strengthen their foundations, their impact grows.

I believe leadership happens on three levels:

  • Leading yourself – being the best version of you.

  • Leading others – inspiring and supporting your team.

  • Leading the organisation – pioneering new ideas and opportunities.

This is the approach I take to every coaching partnership.

My Sustainable Leadership Coaching Philosophy

I do not believe results and wellbeing are mutually exclusive. In fact, I believe they work in partnership.

Sustainable leaders create genuine growth, real results, thriving teams and a lasting legacy. But those outcomes are not driven by pressure alone. They are built on strong foundations.

In my coaching, we focus on the drivers that make sustainable performance possible:

  • Most coaching is online via Zoom, making it accessible no matter where you are. In-person sessions may be arranged in Sydney by request.

  • Credit card, debit card, and Apple Pay are accepted via the online booking system, powered by secure and reputable payment provider Stripe. No payment information is ever stored by us.

  • In many cases, coaching for professional development may be tax deductible in Australia. Please check with your accountant or tax advisor. A Tax Invoice will be automatically provided to you.

  • The Growth Toolkit is a collection of digital resources, worksheets, and guides designed to support your growth between sessions. Each tool helps you apply coaching strategies in your own time and at your own pace.

  • Currently, resources are offered as digital downloads. Selected physical tools may be offered in future.
