About The Growth Coach

Coaching to help you grow your own way

Everyone Grows Differently

I started this coaching practice because I believe in the power of growth — not just at work, but in life. My passion for productivity, wellbeing, and positive psychology drives me to help people and professionals be the best version of themselves, whether that’s as a leader, a teammate, or simply as a person navigating change.

For me, “Grow Your Own Way” is more than a tagline. It’s a belief that growth is not linear, nor is there a single path to success. Each person’s journey is unique, and coaching should be tailored to their goals, pace, and circumstances. There’s no one-size-fits-all — and that’s the beauty of it.

My Story

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading both small teams and large, complex groups. What I’ve learned is simple but powerful: no two people grow the same way. Each individual brings their own strengths, challenges, and aspirations.

I’ve tried many approaches to growth myself and discovered that what works best is a balance — clear direction and structured goals, paired with optimism, resilience, and positive psychology. This combination not only motivates people but sustains their growth over time.

From my career, I’ve also learned that leadership happens on three levels:

  • Leading yourself – being the best version of you.

  • Leading others – inspiring and supporting your team.

  • Leading the organisation – pioneering new ideas and opportunities.

My Coaching Philosophy

I coach at the intersection of evidence-based practice and positive psychology. My style blends structure with warmth: goal-setting, accountability, and practical tools alongside compassion, reflection, and self-awareness.

The heart of my coaching lies four key pillars:

  1. Goal-Setting – turning big aspirations into clear, achievable steps.

  2. Wellbeing & Resilience – building the strength to navigate challenges and sustain growth.

  3. Productivity & Efficiency – working smarter, creating balance, and making progress where it matters most.

  4. Leadership Fundamentals – developing the skills and confidence to lead yourself and others effectively.

When you commit to coaching with an open mind, the possibilities are limitless — from having an accountability partner to gaining clarity on what you’re truly striving for.

 FAQs

  • Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you set goals, build strategies, and grow into your best self. Unlike mentoring, which is advice-driven, or therapy, which focuses on healing, coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented. My approach blends evidence-based coaching techniques with positive psychology to help you grow your own way.

  • I specialise in working with emerging and mid-level leaders who want to develop resilience, confidence, and clarity in their careers and lives. However, anyone looking for structured support in personal or professional growth can benefit from coaching.

  • While I work mainly with professionals and leaders, the tools and strategies we use — resilience, goal-setting, and positive psychology — can help anyone grow.

  • All coaching conversations are confidential and follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. Your privacy is respected at every stage of the coaching journey.

  • The Intro Session is a free 25-minute conversation to explore your goals, see if coaching is the right fit, and answer any questions. It’s the first step in growing your own way.

  • Results vary, but most clients report increased clarity, confidence, resilience, and progress towards personal and professional goals.

  • Some clients experience breakthroughs in their first few sessions, while others benefit from steady, long-term growth. It depends on your goals, pace, and commitment.

  • Who better to answer this question than Chat GPT-5 itself? Here’s it’s response unedited by me:

AI can provide information, structure, and even helpful prompts — but it can’t replace the depth of a real human connection. A coach offers empathy, intuition, and the ability to read between the lines of what’s said (and unsaid). Real-life coaching gives you:

    • A safe, confidential space to explore your challenges with another human who understands nuance.

    • Accountability from someone invested in your goals, not just generating suggestions.

    • Tailored support that adapts to your personality, values, and lived experiences in ways AI can’t fully replicate.

    • Empathy and encouragement that come from shared humanity, not algorithms.

AI can be a great complement to coaching — helping with reminders, resources, or brainstorming — but lasting growth comes from working with a coach who can walk alongside you, challenge you, and support you in real time.

  • Most clients book sessions weekly or fortnightly. You set the pace — coaching is flexible to your needs.
