Meet The
Growth Coach

Executive and career coaching for leaders who want to grow with clarity, lead with confidence and create meaningful impact that lasts.

Everyone Grows Differently

I started The Growth Coach because I believe success should not come at the expense of your energy, your wellbeing or your life outside work.

My coaching is grounded in positive psychology and focused on helping leaders build sustainable performance from the inside out. That means growing with greater clarity, confidence and self-awareness in a way that is aligned with your values, your goals and your version of success.

“Grow your own way” is more than a tagline. It is the philosophy behind my work. There is no single blueprint for growth, which is why coaching should reflect your context, your ambitions and the leader you want to become.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of leading both small teams and large, complex groups across different industries and organisations.

What I have seen time and again is this: the most capable leaders often carry the heaviest load. They care deeply about results. They care deeply about their people. And they rarely pause long enough to protect their own capacity. I know that tension because I have experienced it too.

Through my career, I came to understand that sustainable performance does not come from simply working harder. It comes from stronger foundations: clarity, structure, resilience and the ability to lead with intention. When leaders strengthen those foundations, their impact grows.

I believe leadership happens on three levels:

  • Leading yourself — building self-awareness, clarity and resilience

  • Leading others — creating trust, support and accountability

  • Leading the organisation — shaping direction, culture and meaningful progress

That is the lens I bring to every coaching partnership.

My Story

I do not believe results and wellbeing are mutually exclusive. I believe sustainable results depend on wellbeing.

Sustainable leaders create genuine growth, real results, thriving teams and a lasting legacy. Those outcomes are not built through pressure alone. They are built on strong foundations.

My Sustainable Leadership Philosophy

My coaching focuses on the foundations that make sustainable performance possible:

  • Wellbeing – because your capacity shapes your performance.

  • Resilience – because leadership brings challenge, pressure and complexity.

  • Goal Clarity – because ambition without direction creates overwhelm.

  • Focused Productivity – because energy needs to be directed where it matters most.

When wellbeing and performance are aligned, growth compounds. Results become more consistent, teams are better able to thrive and impact extends beyond the short term.

This is how we build leadership that lasts.

 FAQs

  • Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you set goals, build strategies, and grow into your best self. Unlike mentoring, which is advice-driven, or therapy, which focuses on healing, coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented. My approach blends evidence-based coaching techniques with positive psychology to help you grow your own way.

  • I specialise in working with emerging and mid-level leaders who want to develop resilience, confidence, and clarity in their careers and lives. However, anyone looking for structured support in personal or professional growth can benefit from coaching.

  • Coaching can support you with leadership development, workplace wellbeing, resilience, productivity, and career transitions. Whether you’re aiming to improve confidence, manage stress, or grow as a leader, coaching gives you tools and accountability to move forward.

  • While I work mainly with professionals and leaders, the tools and strategies we use — resilience, goal-setting, and positive psychology — can help anyone grow.

  • All coaching conversations are confidential and follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. Your privacy is respected at every stage of the coaching journey.

  • That’s okay — growth is personal. If after the Intro Session you decide coaching isn’t right, there’s no obligation to continue.

  • The Intro Session is a free 25-minute conversation to explore your goals, see if coaching is the right fit, and answer any questions. It’s the first step in growing your own way.

  • If you’re ready to reflect, set goals, and take action, coaching can provide clarity and accountability. The results depend on your commitment to the process.

  • You own your coaching agenda. I provide the tools, structure, and guidance to help you reach your goals in a way that fits your journey.

  • Results vary, but most clients report increased clarity, confidence, resilience, and progress towards personal and professional goals.

  • Some clients experience breakthroughs in their first few sessions, while others benefit from steady, long-term growth. It depends on your goals, pace, and commitment.

  • Who better to answer this question than Chat GPT-5 itself? Here’s it’s response unedited by me:

AI can provide information, structure, and even helpful prompts — but it can’t replace the depth of a real human connection. A coach offers empathy, intuition, and the ability to read between the lines of what’s said (and unsaid). Real-life coaching gives you:

    • A safe, confidential space to explore your challenges with another human who understands nuance.

    • Accountability from someone invested in your goals, not just generating suggestions.

    • Tailored support that adapts to your personality, values, and lived experiences in ways AI can’t fully replicate.

    • Empathy and encouragement that come from shared humanity, not algorithms.

AI can be a great complement to coaching — helping with reminders, resources, or brainstorming — but lasting growth comes from working with a coach who can walk alongside you, challenge you, and support you in real time.

  • Most clients book sessions weekly or fortnightly. You set the pace — coaching is flexible to your needs.

  • A Booster session is a 30-minute add-on you can use if you need extra time on a topic during a booked session, or if something important comes up between regular sessions.

  • You can book directly through my online scheduling page powered by Acuity. Simply choose your session type and time that suits you.
